Wolfsberger AC may soon be without Erik Kojzek, as the 20-year-old striker is set to leave the club this summer. According to the Serbian portal Telegraf, Partizan Belgrade is close to reaching an agreement with Kojzek. The club from the Serbian capital has already agreed with the player, with only final details with Wolfsberger AC remaining. Kojzek could join Partizan's training in the coming days. The forward, who joined Wolfsberger AC's youth team in 2018, has worked his way up through the second team to the professional squad. In his debut season in the Bundesliga, he scored eight goals and provided three assists in just 675 league minutes. Despite his promising performances, the hoped-for breakthrough did not materialize last season. The Lavanttal team experienced a turbulent year with several coaching changes, which limited Kojzek's playing opportunities. In the current season, he has accumulated around 1000 playing minutes and scored only three goals. With the signing of Giacomo Vrioni, the situation in WAC's attack has changed, further limiting Kojzek's prospects at the club. A move to Partizan could offer him the chance to reset his career after a challenging year.
